Key Responsibilities
Lead proposal lifecycle: compliance matrix, schedule, assignments, risk register
Develop capture strategy and win themes aligned to buyer priorities

Orchestrate reviews (Pink/Red/Gold) and submission QA
Coach writers/designers; ensure white‑glove client experience
Requirements
5+ years in GovCon/corporate proposals; APMP or equivalent a plus
Track record leading $1M–$100M+ bids with measurable wins
Fluent with FAR/DFARS basics, Section L/M mapping, and compliance
Strong project leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
